How can I draw a circle at the current mouse position and have it turn off after like 1 sec? (would be nice to have like a alpha layer on the circle)

I want to create a simple mouse locater ap - and been searching for draw - and circle and have found nothing

you could make a picture with transparency on a transparent GUI.
