Basically same thing as Hotkey, but for hotstrings. Hotstring support for Hotkey would work too 
Syntax: Hotstring, String, Replacement/Label [, Label?]
Example: | Code: | | Hotstring, :*:btw, by the way |
or | Code: | Hotstring, :*:btw, MyLabel, Label
Return
MyLabel:
; Do Something
Return |

I wasn't aware that there was one, I just made a comment about this kind of command in a different post and someone suggested I post it here. The closest thing I found while doing a quick search of the forums was here, is that what you're talking about?
