If I use the helpfile, and on the Index-Tab and enter "File",
And then doubleclick below on

"file create" The "FileAppend"-Screen opens
"file Open" The "FileReadLine"-Screen opens

Maybe its not a bug, but a little confusing.

Thanks, I changed them to:
file, creating
file, reading

If you thought some other aspect was confusing, please let me know.
