Go here: http://www.autohotkey.com/download/OtherDownloads.htm
and get the script decompiler "Exe2AHK". That will decompile any exe made with ahk, provided, if passworded with the compiler, you know the password.

try memory dumb the program when its running
and open it with hex editor
well, hopefully its not too hard to read
