... seems not be able to work with combined variables. Question

ROOT = C:\MyFolder
SUBDIR = MySubFolder

FileSelectFile, FileName,,%ROOT%\%SUBDIR%, Please select the file which should be checked, X - files (*.csv)

I've had another brainstorming session and realized - I've NO brain Shocked

The bug Rolling Eyes a wrong setting within an *.ini.
