Here is the idea:

You define some square region in a window as a menue if the mouse will stay in that area for some time, e.g. 2..3 seconds. (Similar to Acrobat behaviour if you select some text and move the mouse to the beginning of the text selection and you get a menue with entries like copy to clipboard, copy as table...)

Important is that you do not need to click anything for that menue to appear and disappear. One could think of defining in each corner of windows some types of menues, e.g. docking/undocking commands, copying into clipboard, modifying clipboard, triggering further actions with the modified clipboard information.

Having those hot squares some light background color would be even more beautiful and certain functional groups could get their own color codes for fast and easy detection.

Does anything similar exist already in this forum?

Are these possible?

not just as launchers
BUT
as full program "dockers" drag something to them and bing its gone RE>hover at the hotspot/dock thing and it will reapear?

IF POSSIBLE PLEASE MESSAGE.
