Not to be alarmist, but today marks the one-month anniversary of Chris' last post in these forums. I don't know if such an absence has historically been common, but I can't help but worry a little (I mean, I don't know about you, but I love the guy! ) Is anybody in touch with him by other means?
Jacques. |

As long as the trend of bug reports indicate that the current AHK release is stable and there's nothing of particularly immediate importance showing up on the wish list he usually goes stealth mode so he can work on the next release (amongst everything else I'm sure he has to care of). I'm sure he still browses the forums checking for things, though. _________________ Try Quick Search for Autohotkey or see the tutorial for newbies. |

| He's around, he responded to a PM I sent a few days ago. It's also only been a month since his last post. |

OK, thank you all. I didn't perform a statistical analysis of historical Chris posting trends before asking.

| Chris should twitter, so that his fans always know he's all right and what he's up to. |

| OMG, what a ... horrid idea! Why would a well adjusted and productive person break stride to broadcast a narcissistic accounting of his every move? |

To satisfy the curiosity of his fans. Every celebrity does that. |

You'd be surprised how many celebrities employ a ghost-twitterer who actually does the tweeting for the celebrity. The sheep don't know the difference. _________________ Ternary (a ? b : c) guide TSV Table Manipulation Library

I wouldn't mind if Chris employed a ghost-twitterer too. At least we'd know what's happening with our idol. |
