I'm not quite sure why you used W2K and SP4 in your post, but it's a link to Rob van der Woude's Scripting Pages, and chock full of goodies. Command line stuff using WSH, perl, CMD shell, etc. I think this site has been around for quite a while (1999?), but it looks to me like it's been recently revamped and looks up to date.
