Why? Do you intend to spam?
Post without any browser? Take a closer look at the addressbar in your browser when posting and ...
Get some http/port 80 the-other-way-round-equivalent of URLDownloadToFile (which uses IE, by the way) ...
But why?

You'd have to use an alternative anyway, like libwww (post.exe) (binary from w3.org), so, another 'browser', and you'd have to carefully study the prerequisites of the posting, the javascript involved, cookies...
So, again, why?
