Please try these 3 steps:

(1) If you haven't already read the Quick-start Tutorial and the Frequently-asked Questions (FAQ), they are the best places to start.

(2) If you have a specific question not covered by the above, please search the forum before you post; there's a good chance the answer is already here. The forum has two search methods. In addition, you may search the site using Google or your favorite search engine.

(3) If searching hasn't produced a suitable solution, post your question or goal here in the Ask for Help forum. To maximize your chances of getting a useful answer:

• Choose a descriptive subject line. For example, avoid titles like "Need help with something simple". Instead, use a specific title like "How to programmatically select text in Notepad".
  
• In the body of the post, try to be specific and give details so that those who respond can provide a more useful answer.

To post your question, click the New Topic button near the top of the forum, or reply to an existing topic if you find one that's relevant. If you don't get an answer within 1-2 days and still need one, don't start a new topic; instead, reply to your own topic with something like, "I still need help with this."
