Chris,
I've been wanting to convert AutoHotkey.chm to PDF format (for printing and other purposes) and have been experimenting with a couple of commercial CHM-to-PDF converters. Some are very good and do a great job (including maintaining internal links), but there's one missing ingredient that makes the result incomplete: a number of pages in the CHM that are typically accessed from links on other pages are not enumerated in the Contents tab (e.g. the RegEx Quick Reference, the Arrays discussion, etc -- basically the contents of the "misc" and "scripts" folders in the decompiled CHM) and therefore do not get included in the resulting PDF file.
If you could maybe add a "Miscellaneous Topics" category at the end of the table of contents and dump at least the (currently 18 or so) "misc" pages into it (maybe the "scripts" contents aren't necessary here), it would be a simple matter to generate a complete PDF from the CHM each time you release a new version. If it's any incentive, I'd be happy to make the result available to all members.
Thoughts?
