Hi

With PixelSearch set to slow mode I can start searching (column by column) from any one of the four corners of the search region.

However with PixelSearch set to fast mode is it only possible to start searching (row by row) from the top left corner of the search region? or is there some way I can start the search from one of the three other corners of the search region (like when using slow mode)?

Thanks

If I understand the help file you are correct. It is only possible to change the direction of the search in Slow mode. In fast mode it always searches from the top down row by row.

Just as a confirmation, the command appears to describe the fast and slow methods in the terms you are using.

By itself, I don't believe there is another way to coerce the fast seach.

I am not familiar, but it might be pissible to use GDI to capture a section of the screen and invert and search it.
But then the answer would be way off your original track.
