Freqently I have some trouble with task manager.
It stays in the system tray instead of opening to a window.
I have these options unchecked:
always on top
minimize on use
and hide when minimized
How can I bring it out of the system tray if it is there?
How can I start it to a normal view instead of in the system tray?
