I am sincerely sorry for your loss, while I did not have a father in my upbringing, I can only imagine that such a loss would not be easy to deal with.
In regard to your offer, I would suggest that normal financial advisers would be the more appropriate avenue for handling your transaction and at a considerably less rate than 20%.
I'm sure there are appropriate Government people who you could contact to assist you. If not I would be happy to bring you situation to the attention of the Australian officials who could assist.
In particular, your mention of mysterious assassination are of concern, perhaps the Australian Federal Police, whom I have some association with, could help, as they have contacts in many countries?
I do indeed find it surprising and indeed very strange for someone I have not met before to contact me in this regard, if perhaps you could pass on more detailed contact information I may be able to bring your situation to the attention of the authorities who could assist you further.
