Opera Software permanently removed the ad banner and licensing fee from its award-winning Web browser. Very Happy

Download Opera

I think it is good that opera has decided to be free.

it does have a good feature of being fast, but I have found that Opera does a rather poor job of rendering pages.

sites that seem to look fine in Firefox or IE never seem to render correctly in Opera. So being free is probably Opera's best shot of staying in the market at all.
