this is not an ahk script and it's not really a utility either...

spamgourmet enables you to make up limited-life mail addresses for yourself extremely easily. if you ever want to hand out a mail address to a web site registration, spamgourmet is the way to do it.
it's free and registration is simple and not intrusive. i've been using it for more than a year and am very pleased with it.
