Put a program when min into the system tray so it does not show in the main tool bar just a icon in the system tray ?

Here is one that is quite similar, but instead of showing an icon for every super-minimized window, it creates an entry for each in the bottom of the script's tray menu: http://www.autohotkey.com/docs/scripts/MinimizeToTrayMenu.htm
