Marketing after 422 posts? The bloke asked a simple question :roll:You picked a wrong spot to market your product.
If you can't figure that out by yourself, no one can help you there I guess, get over it.So?Marketing after 422 posts?
since you asked, AHK is free and can do pretty much anything, therefore AHK
is better. You picked a wrong spot to market your product.
there are other threads comparing Ranorex and other commercials with AHK
this program is just mentioned in wikipedia in automation programs and I wondered if someone tried it

i wold say:
there is probably nothing you can`t do with ahk, too,
but some things might be easier with automise, especially when you have no experience with coding.
Since when is it heretical to open such thread for comparison sakes ?!?
At the end of the day, businesses exist to make money, which when all said and done is the basic description of it all. The public sector such as governments, schools, education centres, and individuals would be more interested in open source developments as it's readily available at no cost or technological barrier, and they can be sure that the developers' hold their consumers best interests at the very top of their agenda. The debate over proprietary vs. free software is one that has been going on for decades. While both have their strengths and weaknesses, open source advocates (ahk users) don't take kindly to commercial competition. The converse is even more true. Therefore I think BoBo was right to point out how ignorant user was.So, I guess the thing I found odd was Mozilla appears to be building something very similar to Adobe AIR (which is fine and cool), but somehow it is inherently good when Mozilla [open source] does it, and inherently evil when Adobe [proprietary] does it.
No he was NOT right, you're completely out-of-subject there. Bobo's first reply was arrogant, unjustified and clumsy. Once again and just as Guest10 had mentioned; the man asked a simple question damn it.....Therefore I think BoBo was right to point out how ignorant user was.
You're not being a good advocate there Sir
Reminds me too much of MacroExpress ( ) and it is expensive (too)...
Most utilities and/or resources mentioned in this forum-section are free. It is "good rule" to at least mention it when some resource needs to be payed for. Some of the reactions on this posting are clearly too overdone, but the "reeks like spam"-reactions could have been avoided if something like the term "payware" was mentioned...
Not really.Bobo's first reply was arrogant, unjustified and clumsy.
a) It's a fact that its payware. It's not arrogant to point this out.
The initial question has given some space about the intention of the requester. I've decided to make my own mind. Nobody had to share my/that point of view at that time. But after (a) user has given some more information about is intention I've appologized for being wrong with my assumption.
IMHO, n-l-i-d has found the right words to point out why things were going (wrong) like they did.
