Yup, confirmed. It's working now. :+1:

Yes, the dir permissions were too restrictive. I have updated it.

I'm still not seeing an option to upload an avatar on these forums.

What's starting? As I said, new avatars won't work on both domains as it is, because they are only uploaded to the avatar directory of one domain. I suppose it can be fixed by syncing them and then making one avatar directory a link to the other.

I have touched anything on the server, I only use ahkscript.org/boards since everything just seems to be causing problems, but it looks like it's starting here too :(

I saw that the avatar directories were not linked, so I assumed that tank/joedf simply copied it (from ahkscript.org to autohotkey.com) and that new avatars won't work on both domains. I'll see about fixing that later if no one else gets to it first.

Just uploaded an avatar from autohotkey.com/boards/

The change was not immediately reflected when viewing on ahkscript.org/boards/. There was the addition of a "User Avatar" link above my name when viewing a post on the ahkscript forum, but it was a mere hyperlink and not an image.

tank made the permissions on the avatar upload directory too restrictive. The option should be there now.

I also disabled the "Gallery avatar" option, since there's nothing in the gallery.

If someone would like to test it: please check your avatar on both domains.

Why is there no longer an option to upload an avatar?

Cool. Do you know what it was?

It's working now.

Hmm, must a redirect error or .htaccess causing that.
@lexikos or tank
Able to check? I can't for the moment, I'm in Montreal.

ViewOnline is Offline ^^ (just a white page)

http://ahkscript.org/boards/viewonline.php (ahkscript.org)

Perfect guys, clicking on the original link (http://ahkscript.org/boards3/viewtopic. ... ead#unread) now takes me to the right post. I noticed that the link in the email I received in reply to this thread (http://ahkscript.org/boards/viewtopic.p ... ead#unread) didn't have the /boards3/ in it, but just /boards/.

I was still thinking it would be good to change the links to "autohotkey.com" rather than "ahkscript.org" but I'm sure that's probably somewhere in the pipeline.

Thanks guys.

There were some issues with /boards/ vs /boards3/, and the email notifications included the latter. These became invalid when the issue was fixed. I've added a redirect, so they should work now. If your email and bookmark has /boards/, then it was a different issue (also, changing ahkscript.org/boards3/ to autohotkey.com/boards3/ would not work).

Sure thing, see attached. Well, that's one of me clicking via the Gmail link. If i'm on a thread and I replace "autohotkey.com" with "ahkscript.org", that seems to be working now.

Uh, also, when I add an attachment and then preview the thread, it drops the attachment? Actually, I can't attach the file because the status columns says the upload file is empty? Hm, tried jpg and png no luck...

Just says:

404
Error 404 - File not found
Awww man... Looks like the page you're looking for doesn't exist.
Try checking the URL for errors, then hit the refresh button on your browser.

Can you get a screenshot of this?

Not sure this is the right spot for this, but I'll give it a try. The forums on ahkscript.org are down. I tried getting to them from a bookmark, and via the ahkscript.org page, and by replacing autohotkey.com with ahkscript.org but in each case I was sent to a "server error" page.

I first noticed this because automated emails about post replies still say ahkscript.org.

I don't know if this is possible possible but :
What about highlighting the download link (at the top of the forum) for the new AHK version, for for example 5-7 days, when a new version is out ?
