I have tried about 10+ times today to get a password reset sent to my account.
I use my username and my email address [email address removed], and 10+ it says that it is sent and in my hotmail there is nothing.
I have received emails from you before at this address, so please can you tell me why I cannot get a password reset sent out so that I can login to the forum??
