I think its a bit to strict, if you mention the word autohotkey it is already enough to be banned it seems.

It would be useful if guest would be allowed to link to autohotkey.com links so they can refer to other (archived) forum posts and documentation.

Hi there,

Sorry about this. Your IP "1.1.1.1" was mistakenly blocked by our automated anti-spam measures.
I have whitelisted your IP address.

Anyhow, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Cheers,
Joe DF

Hi coco. Obviously your an established respected member of this community.
Here is what happened. Recent flood of spam has forced me to write some custom algorithms to stem the flow of nuscence or even linked viral content. part of that meant looking at post patterns of guests and very new registered users. Our moderators are among the best in all the internet but it got so bad they were having difficulty keeping up.
So as a guest you inevitavely posted content that flagged the post as needing approval. then probably having missed this message you attempted the exact same message again.
as you can imagine spamming the same message over and over is a pattern we saw with bots. Had you been logged in you would have bypassed this logic as an established user with hundreds of posts. but as a guest you got scooped up. So I am sorry for the confusion but i hope you understand. how this sort of logic protects more than it harms.
thats also the reason its a short ban. it simply enforces a very short break of 24 hours and lets them back in

24-hour ban??

I was replying(as guest) to post when I got a "Take a break" message. So I opted to login using my forum credentials but then I was greeted with a 24-Hour ban message for "spamming". Screen clip of the ban message:
