He is a spammer, he has already created several similar topics (with similar usernames and a GitHub user that does not exist), after a while he edits his signature and puts a link to another site. See moderator's logs.

which would be a concern for us :D and we can still discuss it here, mostly us just saying "no" "nope" "not gunna happen" "sorry" "not here".

but atleast he'd be upfront about it. and there is a chance he can still link to his site and not count it as advertising (many people do, iirc there's even an account profile "website" field)
