has probado a ejecutarlo como admin?

Lo digo por el tema de poder escribir en el registro y tal...

Quiero instalar el autohotkey por el setup, y cuando lo abro queda en blanco y se tilda la pantalla, y aparece "Auto Hotkey No responde"..

Alguna solucion? ya intente de todo, reinicie la pc, borre e instale cosas. todo..
