Re: Need more braces in loop blocks in v2
aint nobody talking bout no labels, not sure why u are swagfag fair point as i failed to provide context. was agreeing with joefiesta lamenting that "I would never want to convert my 100000 lines of ahk code to version 2". i have 1,677 fully formed AutoHotkey v1.1 scripts (just counted) with x1,000...

Re: Need more braces in loop blocks in v2
Seems like GoSub > Label functionality could have been retained. Imagine most of 'breakage' in script construction would have been avoided.

Re: What has happened to AutoHotkey?!
IMHO it was a mistake to throw the procedural gosub baby out with the object oriented bathwater. I expect that over time folks will ask that this reliable and straightforward method be "returned" in V2. Amen to the other refinements.

burque505 and tmplinshi Have benefited mightily from your insight around EPPlus and Excel. Hoping this is the right place to inquire after guidance on how to "Resize Table". I have tried numerous permutations including the following; and unable to translate into AHK: https://riptutorial.com/epplus/...

Re: Digital Worker or Digital Fluff
Well this is intruiging. Three of my favorite AHK ‘thinkers’ in the same post. I have followed each of your contributions to the community and we are much better off for them. My opinions relative to Joe’s questions: 1 – Are Digital Workers a true automation innovation or just a new marketing term? ...

Re: RPA Autohotkey GUI editor Topic is solved
blue83 RPA Tools like the ones you mentioned are currently coming up short in enterprises around the world... At best they handle 40-60% of basic requirements... Moreover, they are pretty much tapped out these last few years now that the simplest tasks are all queued up... Reason I mention is to su...

Re: Learn how to protect your Intellectual Property in this free AHK webinar
There's nothing prohibiting people from using AutoHotkey to make money. We just have to keep the source code open-source... Joe, you are a treasure for the AHK community so what you say carries a lot of weight... May I trouble you to clarify which "source code" you are referring to: 1 - The AHK lan...

Re: Learn how to protect your Intellectual Property in this free AHK webinar
So good to hear that tank is on the side of the righteous developer creating bespoke products... Sadly, the phrase "don't have to be" only applies philosophically because the community is ambivalent about protecting code... Keep in mind this all starts with enterprise customers who want THEIR IP pro...

Re: gdip function list tool
Hellbent,
This is very interesting. I am, however, unable to download it and get it to run. Perhaps because of the split. Did you work a way to submit the file in it's entirety and immediately operational?
Perhaps attach a zip file to this post???

Re: RPA sub forum
Should be fixed. This forum is specific to those who are or are interested in becoming rpa professionals. A curiosity is welcome but should be read only Hmmm... That makes sense and also puts me twixt and tween... Open to interpretation whether I am currently an expert, however, definitely interest...

Re: RPA sub forum
General interest. Have dabbled in AutoHotkey and seems like it would be well suited to precisely the tasks involved in automation. I perused the RPA sub forum and then created this account in case I wanted to ask a question. When I log in to the account however, the RPA sub forum is no longer visibl...
