Re: FindText - Capture screen image into text and then find it Topic is solved

Sorry, GetTextFromScreen() has been changed to FindText_GetTextFromScreen() in the new version. If you can't use this combination hotkey (^RButton), It can be changed to a simple hotkey, such as F1. Thanks a lot, FindText_GetTextFromScreen() works perfectly. How can i make it show the red box aroun...

Re: Look for my text as an image on screen

If you are looking for graphical text that always appears the same way, then you can just use ImageSearch to look for that image, and forget about the rest of the steps. ImageSearch requires no screenshots. It changes everytime i'll use it. That's why i don't want to use imagesearch and save an ima...

Re: FindText - Capture screen image into text and then find it Topic is solved

Is it possible to get the Text in a simpler way? Text:="|<>[email protected].00$1.k" I made a program to find the Text on the screen and do something after. The problem is that everytime I open the program the image will be different. It's getting annoying to capture, grayscale, center and then copy the Te...

How to hide my Gui from the taskbar using +ToolWindow? Topic is solved

Is it possible to hide my Gui from the taskbar if i'm using +ToolWindow?
It stays in the taskbar even after closing the Gui, only "hiding" when i close the App.

Code: Select all

Gui, Show, x742 y597 w400 h67, Teste
Gui, +AlwaysOnTop +Border -MinimizeBox -MaximizeBox

Re: Storing a ImageFile during script

u can do this using the gdip library and gdip_imagesearch I looked into that but it seems that i'll need a base image for it to work and I don't have that since the image would always change. I want something that reads an image on screen and i'll run a imagesearch in a different part of my screen ...

Maybe something like ControlGetText would also work.

If not, have a look at this thread, I think that's what you were looking for in the first place.
i'll look into that thanks!

PixelSearch is limited to what's visible on the screen. The window doesn't have to be active, but it has to be visible.
If that's the case, you could send keystrokes to that window via ControlSend.
is it possible if i use a different type of check?

Running a script in a unactive window(?) Topic is solved

Is it possible to run a script in a unactive window? The following code checks for a specific color in the active window and if the color is not found it presses Page Up. The pixel would be changing constantly even if the window is not focused. What I want is for the script to keeping checking for t...
