The Sleep function should do what you want, along with a hooked hotkey sending itself. Example:

Considering it's a multiplayer game, AHK might be blocked by anti-cheat.

What is the intent for the script? Testing on my system seems to operate just fine (while holding down c, holds left click down for 50ms, releases left click, wait 50ms before repeating). Maybe there's an issue with application you're trying to use it in?

Something like this should work. It will only send a scroll if it's been half a second or less since the last same scroll.
