i have this game script working in the background but when I tab out it doesn't mine the blocks like it doesn't hold click properly

I noticed that the script doesn't break blocks while tabbed out but still moves by pressing w a s d but wont hold the button to break which is P Is there a way to fix this while its on the background or alt-tabbed?
