Re: Activate Window and Send Double-Click
This, maybe?
So, I want to activate the window, get the position of the caret, and double-click there...
This doesn't do it, though.

Activate Window and Send Double-Click
In my script, I need to activate a window and send a double click (to select a word in a text editor). So I put this code into the QuickCodeEditor. Try it! When I push run, it activates the window, then returns focus to QuickCodeEditor. It shouldn't do that. And it doesn't seem to send double-click....

Clipboard function is intermittent
Can somebody help me with this? I've been working on this script for years. It's part of a much bigger script, but this is the crux of the entire process, and is used in different ways later on, hence the reason why I have the functions separated out. It uses the tf.ahk function library; other than ...

Re: Quick Flash Mouse Cursor
Whilst I like the look of the Windows function, I don't want it on the ctrl key, because it runs when I don't intend it.
It's exactly the correct look that I want, though.

Quick Flash Mouse Cursor
When I am using Krita to paint, and the painting cursor is too small, then I can't find it and I move it all over the place looking for it on my three monitors. I am thinking of an ahk script that where I could push a key-combo to quickly flash a circle around the mouse cursor. By "flash" I mean to ...

Re: Simple Photoshop Keyboard for Artists
Great Idea! Thanks for sharing!
I made something like this for InDesign using extendscript - only it is an extra little panel full of zoom control buttons (since CS6 took away the zoom panel [scum!]).

Anybody compared this to Pulover's Macro Creator? It was made in ahk, too, you know.

Re: Bookmarks without Tags
If I use the forum's bookmark function, is there a way to get rid of the confirmation message I have to click on every time?

Re: Bookmarks without Tags
Thanks, Joe. I was hoping there was a forum setting that would toggle those tags being added to the title. I know I could find a client-side answer, but am lazy.

Bookmarks without Tags
Normally, I subscribe to the autohotkey feed so I can see whenever folks make new posts in the scripts forum, but I don't have time to read them all and I want to save them for later. So I bookmark them in my browser. However, the bookmarks always add the tags to the tab title - and this makes it to...

Re: SavePictureAs - (Save Image/Picture)
Also, if I choose "restart SavePictureAs" from the tray menu, it erases many of my carefully chosen settings. What folder is SavePictureAs located in? Are you using the uncompiled script? Settings are not saved on the "Additional Settings" screen until you click the Apply & Close button. If you res...

Re: SavePictureAs - (Save Image/Picture)
Well, I like the idea of being able to choose portable or installed. Maybe this could be in the installer itself? Right now, that part is kind of confusing. But you sure propose to remove a lot of windows! That's really great, I think. I would say that upon installation, he should only be asked as f...

Re: SavePictureAs - (Save Image/Picture)
On my Windows, the "SavePictureAs" dialogue has it's text cut off partway through. Looks like the panel is a bit too small.
Just sayin!
