Re: Error when calling ComObjCreate

Hi HotKeyIt, after a while I have noticed that AhkPostFunction is not working for me in all cases - I'm getting freezes in some scenarios.

As an alternative you mentioned SetTimer - would it be possible to demonstrate this solution? Thanks.

Re: Error when calling ComObjCreate

Thank you very much HotKeyIt. Few more questions please: :-)
- Do you recommend using DynaCall instead of my DllCall/A_AhkExe? Any disadvantage or potential issue?
- How is it possible to send multiple function parameters (Text1, Text2, Text3)? Example?
- What is the meaning of i=sssssssss part?

Re: Error when calling ComObjCreate

Thanks for a quick response. Could you give me an idea? What do you mean by postfunction or settimer?
Thanks.

Error when calling ComObjCreate

Hi, I'm trying to run a main script function from ahkthread. It works well until ComObjCreate function is called which triggers 0x8001010D Error - An outgoing call cannot be made since the application is dispatching an input-synchronous call. What am I doing wrong? Any solution? Thanks. string:=" ( ...

How to remove font color cast?

Is there a way to remove a font color cast/artifacts? As seen in the following example, some letters have green and red borders. Is there a setting to remove this?

Code: Select all

gui, font, s20, Segoe UI
gui, add, text,, THIS IS A TEST
gui, show

Changing Gui Resize option also changes window size

Changing Resize option also changes the window size/margin - is there a way to avoid this?
Run the script and press Alt+X to see the unwanted effect.

Code: Select all

gui, margin, 20, 20
gui, add, Edit, w300 h300, press Alt - x
gui, show
return

!x::
if s
   Gui -Resize
else
   Gui +Resize
s:=s?0:1
return
