Re: How can I remove data from the compiled exe? Topic is solved

Another idea is to use the updated compiler with its new directives: Upcoming Ahk2Exe Changes (2019) For example: ;@Ahk2Exe-SetName MyProgramName ;@Ahk2Exe-SetDescription MyProgramName(tm) ;@Ahk2Exe-SetVersion 2.14 ;@Ahk2Exe-SetOrigFilename MyProgramName.exe ;@Ahk2Exe-SetCompanyName MyCompanyName In...

Here you go:

Code: Select all

obj:=["thing1","thing2","thing3","thing4"]
AllElements:=""
NumElements:=ObjLength(obj)
Loop,%NumElements%
  AllElements:=AllElements . obj[A_Index] . "`n"

Hi kon, Hard to believe that it's been more than three years since our last exchange here...amazing how time flies! I posted this question earlier today at a tmplinshi thread, but in case he's out of pocket, decided to post here, too. I'm trying to convert the following Excel VBA to AHK: lastRow = A...

Case and Switch was added in 1.1.31.00, relatively new.
Yes, but there were a couple of serious bugs in it that were fixed in v1.1.31.01, as I mentioned in the 13-Oct-2019 update to my 2-Oct-2019 article:
AutoHotkey Switch-Case

It's working very well now in v1.1.32.00! Regards, Joe

Hi BannerStore,

I haven't studied your script, but based on your question's title and body, you may (or may not) find this article that I wrote to be helpful:

Re: Can an AutoHotkey script be notified of volume changing and muting/unmuting?

Hi teadrinker, Following up on my last post, I integrated your new code into my horizontal volume slider script...tested on W7 and W10...works great! :bravo: A question for you. I'm not very knowledgeable with call-backs or DLLs, both of which you use heavily. I'm wondering if anything in your code ...

Re: Can an AutoHotkey script be notified of volume changing and muting/unmuting?

Hi teadrinker,
A quick note to let you know that your new code is working perfectly here on a W10/64-bit system with 1.1.32.00/U64...no crashes...no freezes. Next task is to integrate your code into mine. Will let you know how that goes. Thanks for your ongoing help, Joe

Hi teadrinker, Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I tried it on W7 and am getting more frequent crashes with it than with your first code, although the crashes occur only when my horizontal slider is on the screen while the volume is changed elsewhere, such as via the system tray speaker ic...
