Well, i'd never use that it's kinda too long, but can work.

can you pm the whole page i can maybe be more helpfull.

Did you try
getElementeByID("formAction").value := 1 ?
( if its boelean no " " is needed i think ) + to set a value i use := not =

i think you forgot a stupid little detail

Did you wait for page to load ?
Can cause some trouble. If page is not loaded script will not regognize anything
add after pwb.navigate
