Exaskryz, that worked wonderfully! I'll have to read up on the differences that you pointed out. The output is simply Alt-D and works as expected...now that you showed me the error of my ways!

Greetings! I'm trying to write a key replacement that seems like it should be simple, but I cannot get it to work. In Windows Explorer Alt-D will move the cursor to the address box. In most browsers, either Alt-D or Ctrl-L will move the cursor to the address box. Alt-D is a more awkward combination ...
