Re: GuiControlGet not working with hotkey

Q: I wasn't able to make your code do anything (except "Build a Wall" disables the DOWN button). A: The down button is disabled while the wall is being built otherwise clicking it can mess up the layout of the controls. once the wall is built the control is enabled. Q: Is the ePSXe Frontend.ini requ...

Re: GuiControlGet not working with hotkey

Yes. I went line by line with a message box until it came up blank at the GuiControlGet. I've used other labels that don't have GuiControlGet and they worked. The label works the way it should when I trigger it with a button. Full code. #NoEnv ; Recommended for performance and compatibility with fut...

GuiControlGet not working with hotkey

I've got a hotkey A::Gosub,Down I want it to trigger a subroutine, but it doesn't. The subroutine in question is this. it should move the controls up giving them a scrolling down look. Down: bottom := Add(ButtonsH,20) Down := Subtract(A_Screenheight,bottom) GuiControlGet,FirstControl,Pos,Control%Gam...

Move multiple controls at once

I've made this to see how to move controls with button presses, but now I want to expand it to move several controls at once. if I added 3 more buttons and the variables all start with move followed by a number. how would I move all of them without creating a guicontrolget, math, guicontrol set for ...

Try something like this: if (!Mod(A_Index, 9))
Mod(n, 9) will be equal to zero when n is a multiple of 9.
Thank you. just what I was looking for.

Multiple of a number

I hate to ask this question because the answer is probably simple and right in front of my eyes, but I can't see it. How do I do a multiple of a number. the example below. every time count is a multiple of 9 I want the message box to appear. Loop { sleep,1000 Count++ if count is multiple of 9 msgbox...

Re: Change button creation position

Thank you. I was overthinking it, so I didn't think of an iniwrite. One thing I noticed. for the button to appear in the new position I have to reload the gui after the button is created. I assume it's because I've put the new iniwrite after the iniwrite in the routine. If I put it in the ReadNext f...

Change button creation position

I got this code at the end of last year and I finally figured out how to use it a few weeks ago. I've been trying to figure out how to change the new button creation position since then, but haven't been able figure it out. How would I do that? for example create the new button at x10 y200 or within...

move Folder with wildcard in name

I'm trying to rename folder blender-2.75-a1e01fd-win64 to Blender dev and move it to another folder, but it doesn't work. as far as I know I have to use a * for the version number since it changes with each new version. I assume it is the * causing problems. I've tried all the flags and nothing work...

Re: Picture control aspect ratio

Here's another example. Only use Gui, Add, Pic, x%GBX% y%GBY% vPic1 once to create the picture control. To change the picture use GuiControl . To adjust the picture location and dimensions use GuiControl, Move I wrote a function to make calculating the image coordinates easier. Give the function th...

Re: Picture control aspect ratio

Another thing. I noticed you changed the coordinates on this line: Gui, Add, GroupBox, x600 y5 w%GBW% h%GBH% . In my example the groupbox is at x10 y10. This is important when calculating the x and y of the picture control: X := Round(GBW//2 - W//2 + 600) Y := Round(GBH//2 - H//2 + 5) I'm running w...

Re: Picture control aspect ratio

The example script I posted prompts the user for an image file useing FileSelectFile . The file path is stored in the ImgPath variable. This: ImgObj := WIA_LoadImage(ImgPath) loads the image and saves a reference to the image object into the ImgObj var. Note that there are no %% around the var sinc...

Is there an easier way to get the original width and height? I just wanted to try justme's excellent new WIA lib. :) ; Requires: WIA.ahk (ahkscript.org/boards/viewtopic.php?&t=7254) in your Lib folder or #Included #NoEnv GBW := 800 ; Groupbox width GBH := 800 ; Groupbox height FileSelectFile, ImgPa...

Re: Picture control aspect ratio

I was hoping their was a way to keep the aspect ratio within a set control size. I do not understand. What do you mean by 'within a a set control size'? The aspect ratio of the picture is what it is. If you want to keep it the control has to have the same aspect ratio or it will adjust to that rati...

Picture control aspect ratio

Is their a way to keep a picture's aspect ratio in a picture control?

For example.

Code: Select all

Gui,Add,Picture,w475 h375,
If I make the W or H -1. the picture will stretch in that direction to it's original size. I want the control to be that size and the picture to keep it's width aspect ratio.

Re: check how many times a set of words appear

StringReplace the comma and space with a new line 'n and then use the command Sort Thank you. I didn't know the sort command could remove duplicates. Sort, MyVar, U D Does the same thing without stringreplace. The only thing it doesn't seem to be able to fix doubles that are different case. I tried...
