But I do not have duplicated hotkeys.
I have Alt+F1 -Jump to, and try to set Alt+F to Find Replace and got this message.

It is not a problem but I think you have to know about it. For example I set Find and Replace to Alt+F it shows me this warning. Looks like it shows this warning everytime when letters are the same. Also can you make Find and Replace window not modal? Because it is impossible to copy something from document when it is open.

Yes I know, but it is a lot of steps much more easier to run Find and Replace. For example I have to run Alt+Q then copy/past or type, then have to run F1 then copy/past or type. To much operations for so simple task. Also it looks a bit strange to use this two commands if we have one - Find and Rep...

Can you add function to Find and Replace - Replace All only in current document, to replace only in active segment.
For example I want to replace only in currently open .ahk file not in all includes.

Also, "find and replace" does not replace but just delete found text. Also can you add - Replace All.

Looks like there are no buttons in Scratch Pad.

Good, Search with enter works but with Button "Jump" does not.

Also now, Label and text have the sane color in theme editor, but in AHK Studio I can not change Label color. May be thre are another mismatch in colors.

Good, what I wanted to make was nest sclas in base class and that nested class have to get/set instance variables in base class. Now what you are showing is beyound my understanding. If I colud understand your first example, but this one can not at all. So looks like I'll leave this idea with nested...
