TimeStamper onto clipboard for fast file/note tagging

This is a simple TimeStamper utility I made to help tag filenames or notes with a current timestamp while in a SaveAs dialog or anywhere. Thanks that makes sense. I tried laying an image with a 24bit color block picker with hex values and that was insightful on what colors worked well. -Lee

Hi Lexicos, thanks for replying.

I did play with that but no setting I tried reduced the dimming effect overall. It did affect the the opaqueness, but not
the overall reduction in brightness that occurs when the overlay is placed on the monitor.
Maybe I'm looking at it wrong?
