i keep getting an error every time i run the program

Why not change this:
InputBox, AppToRun, , Specify path and executable name of the program you want to start. e.g. "x:\folder\file.exe",,600,130,,,,,

to this:

FileSelectFile, AppToRun, 3, , Select a exe, Game (*.exe)
