use gdip to do what exactly? he says he "fixes" them in paint. this could range from resizing them to god knows what

Anything you can do in paint can be done using gdip.
What the problems are who knows? :roll:

Re: Photo viewer and paint

@gregster personally i would use GDIP and automate it all.
(finding and fixing problem or at least pulling the problem ones out of the pile)

Re: Could anyone help me get this script working? Topic is solved

There is no Fast optional parameter for PixelGetColor . Note: you have an infinite loop but you can figure that out once you have it working. (Hint: Use SetTimer ) CoordMode, pixel,screen CoordMode, mouse,screen =:: Loop { PixelGetColor, Red, 1203, 1040 if (Red = 0x0000FF) { Send {r down} Loop { Pix...

Re: RegEx to trim floating decimal places Topic is solved

Code: Select all

TrimZeros(n) {
    len := StrLen(n)
    Loop, 4
    {
        if (SubStr(n, len, 1) = 0)
            --len
        else
            break
    }
    return SubStr(n, 1, len)
}
Always assumes 6 digits after the decimal per OP

Re: copy to clipboard fail ?

Your code works fine for me but you can try it like this: {Ctrl Down}c{Ctrl Up}

Code: Select all

#c::
clipboard =
send,{Ctrl Down}c{Ctrl Up}
ClipWait,5
MsgBox, 4160, Testing, % ErrorLevel ? "Copy Failed" : clipboard
Return

Re: Class RichEdit - update on 2015-04-14 (v0.1.05.00)

Im only using the class nothing else. If you look at the class code you can see how it works. (or should work)
SetSel() will move the caret anywhere you want.
Im more interested in automating a hidden control not manually interacting with a control / gui / editor.

But you are not checking if it was found lol. :?:
Also default is search up not down. Set the caret position before searching and it works as intended.

Thanks for creating this! :clap:

FindText() doesnt return true if the text was found.
The last line should be:
Return true :thumbup:

Use a filepattern:

Code: Select all

;~ C:\myfolders\ExcelFilename_Ver12345.xlsx    ; example filename

FileCopy, C:\myfolders\ExcelFilename_Ver*.xlsx, % A_Desktop
