The folks that develop the files should submit them to the various antivirus vendors that are saying the files are malicious.

virustotal.com says autohotkey is not safe
I downloaded the latest version of the autohotkey installation exe and submitted it to virustotal.com. I can up unsafe with a trojan. Could someone explain this please? I am afraid to use it now.
