Is there a way to make a 100% transparent child GUI window without affecting the text and pictures with in the child GUI, while keeping the parent GUI window translucent? I don't understand why you think A_Index is the problem. There's no actual connection between A_Index and the name of the file, only between A_Index and the name of the variable you store the filename in. Can you tell us what the error message says? or post a pic of it?
BTW you shouldn't toggle like that, it's dangerous if you don't have a hotkey to pause or kill that script.
