Re: Autohotkey editor for vscode

Thank you so much.
It looks like what I exactly need.
Won't my changes be overwritten during the next release of the extension?

Re: Autohotkey editor for vscode

Well done! Looks awesome! I'm using it right now and it's perfect! I've been missing it for a long time! I have two questions although not about debugging: 1. How do you create such a marvelous gif-file? 2. If you work with vscode you may know how to use suggestions. When I start typing "outp" a sug...

Hotkey conflicts (up option)

How to make this two hotkeys work together? My aim is to do some action on Ctrl + LeftWin (after the key has been released) and another action on Ctrl + Win + D (typical hotkey behavior = after pressing). I've done it but the second hotkey doesn't work at all. When I press it a message box 111 is sh...

Dead link in CHM-help file

[Moderator's note: Topic moved from Bug Reports.] Open this page: https://www.autohotkey.com/docs/Program.htm Go to the very end of the page. Here you can find a link "Enable interaction with administrative programs". I click it and the old AHK-forum thread opens. I intend to download the script me...

CHM-help dark theme Topic is solved

I started to work with the VS Code as the main code editor instead of Scite4AutoHotkey. Its default theme is a dark theme that I've never used before in any other editors. Suddenly I found it looks luxurious and my eyes feel much comfortable staring at the dark. It's a real pleasure to work using su...

Re: Came across Visual Studio Code the other day

Does anyone know how to make use of the "Output" window in VS Code? When I run such code: OutputDebug Hello World I expect it appears at the panel "Output" in VS Code, but it doesn't happen. I use third party application "DebugView" to debug AHK-scripts using OutputDebug function. It works well but ...

Closing windows (and tabs) by double right click

This script closes any window by double right click. If application support tabs (for ex, Notepad++), it closes active tab instead whole application. I found it handy for my daily routine. This action if very common: everybody do it hundred times a day. You don't need to look for a red close button ...

Re: Identify monitors and add to context menu

1. Yes, it's possible. You just need to change registry for this puprose. Use ProcMon to identify proper key when you open context menu.
For ex, context menu for all files: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shellex\
for directories: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory
2. See function SysGet

How to Run system paths like %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Temp Topic is solved

How to Run system path like:

Code: Select all

Run, %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Temp
It treats like a variable but I need to use standard windows path %userprofile% instead.
I know about AHK variables A_... but I would like to know does AHK support Windows system paths.
