Re: Scripts Consisting Of Thousands Of Lines

I didn't try the pod. It's probably gonna help with the mess. But how do you guys get things done? It would be nice to hear everyone's opinion.

Scripts Consisting Of Thousands Of Lines

My longest script was not 1000 lines, but I'm having a hard time managing it.
How do you manage to work so long? Do you have any subtlety? I'm getting lost in the code. It would be nice to split my work into script files. How can this happen when there's a lot of Gui?

Thanks.

Re: Acc library (MSAA) and AccViewer download links

- 3 possible solutions: - (1) Create a folder called 'Lib' (in the same folder as the AutoHotkey exe), and copy Acc.ahk and Anchor.ahk into that folder. - (2) Edit 'iWB2 Learner UPDATED.ahk', add these 2 lines at the top (or bottom): #Include %A_ScriptDir%\Acc.ahk #Include %A_ScriptDir%\Anchor.ahk ...

Re: Returning the Old Macro to Life (Thumb_Expose)Coco's work Topic is solved

I found the function Thumbnail_SetIncludeNC(). Put it in Thumbnail.ahk I have not tried to use ScreenPreview.ahk /* Function: Thumbnail_SetIncludeNC() sets whether the source's non-client area should be included. The default value is true. Parameters: HANDLE hThumb - the thumbnail id returned by <T...

Re: Text Area Detect

I don't have chrome to test it. You mean it does not work on some textareas of some website or with chrome in general (chrome's adress bar, built-in chrome dialog window's input-capable controls etc. - everywhere in chrome where a caret is likely to be visible in chrome)? Is there any possibility f...

That is all, no more codes to post and you do not need no more codes
-You know all the detail procedures and goals

The strange color code is emitted from very top of the Excel screen (I mean top of the top - Desktop itself or boundary line I guess)

Regards
I understand. Good work.

I can see some things that I would change. I added some comments. Very successful work. Thanks for the great effort.
I have some thoughts.

It would be very helpful if such a guide. The AutoGuide guide disappears. This is an annoying problem.

It really great. Thank you.

It worked everywhere except Chrome. Is there any possibility for Chrome? Does that have to settle for this?

Re: Coloring the Excel Cell Topic is solved

If !IsObject(XL) XL := ComObjCreate("Excel.Application") Looks like you are creating instances of Excel without ever making them visible. And your script doesn't show quitting Excel or clearing the variables that contain COM objects. Both of these things can create hard-to-find problems for beginne...

Code: Select all

;before:
		Xl.Cells(%J%,%i%).Interior.color := %color1%

;after:
		Xl.Cells(J,i).Interior.color := color1
Cheers.
I had to understand this with a lot of trial and error. But now I'm sure it's true. The reason the code didn't work was deeper.
Thank you for your attention.
