Re: [Class] SQLiteDB - Update on 2019-12-12

SQLite databases don't have built-in password protection. The same is true for the official SQLite dll files. That's actually incorrect. There's a licensed builtin encryption but it has to be enabled via a compile option. https://www.sqlite.org/see/doc/trunk/www/readme.wiki As said, you need specia...

Rebrandly API class

Hello again! I have built a super niche class that's designed to smooth working with the Rebrandly link shortener API. I needed it for an ongoing project and thought I would release what I've made so far. It's not fully featured yet (no existing data modifications, no deletions, a few categories of ...

well after testing; using Return in the middle of the loop isn't working with my version of AHK. There must be some fault in your testing or your logic. There is no difference between returning from inside a loop and returning immediately after breaking out of the loop. She's using a decade old ver...

Re: [Class] SQLiteDB - Update on 2019-12-12

hasantr the array IS an object. You can use the following code to visualize the data: DB := new SQLiteDB DB.openDB(path_to_your_database) DB.GetTable(your_sql_query, output_table) ;view entire result data including the "administrative" info msgbox % st_printarr(output_table) ;view one row at a time...

Hey this is great! In terms of usage I only need to change one line, right? SingleRecordSQL() - Generate all SQL for inserting or upserting a flat array

Hello! This simple-to-use SQLite function is meant to ease iterating over a large array of data, especially data from APIs that may not return a consistent set of keys between different calls. UPDATE 2020-10-12 -Added noWrap and upsertValidation as parameters -couple misc bugfixes UPDATE 2020-12-08 ...

[Binary files] Convert ReadInts to memory reads.

So first and foremost this is working code. It already does what I want. I'm looking for optimization. I have never dealt with direct memory access, which I know is needed for binary files. Essentially, what do I need to change to move from a huge series of Read/ReadU[Char|Int|Short|Long] operations...

Re: [Class] SQLiteDB - Update on 2019-07-12

Two notes: AFAICS user_id_str is defined only for the table tweets . Yep, that was the issue. Revamped the code and all is well. Reform.query(query) <<<<< ????? I was trying a lot of things trying to figure out what was going on. revamped code: for k,v in tableset { QUERY .= "INSERT OR IGNORE INTO ...

Re: [Class] SQLiteDB - Update on 2019-07-12

As a workaround I guess I can export the dB to a third temporary dB and delete all records that aren't the present Id, then import THAT. would be slow but effective, I guess.

schema of dB with my pragma edits afterwards. The attached is a compilation of recent tweets with the word SQLite. It Is a nonsensitive representative of my dataset. What want is to separate into different external databases based on user_id_str. I'm annoyed because it feels like I'm doing it right....

I'll post a sample here shortly, along with the CreateDB schema it uses

Re: [Class] SQLiteDB - Update on 2019-07-12

no, it's from the main attached DB @kczx3

It's literally the WHERE clause causing the fail.
