Re: Include scripts via url?

u cant dynamically include files. standard include requires the files be known at compile time. u could either design ur scripts in a way such that they can be run on their own as standalone scripts or u could devise a crude app launcher that will download the contents of these scripts and stitch th...

Re: If color

PixelSearch with a variation of 255 matches every color, regardless of which one ure actually looking for.
IfEqual, colorG compares colorG to an empty string "", which although valid, u will encounter very very very rarely(its one of PixelGetColor's failure modes)

Re: lists

ure using some kind of slanted quote marks, use regular quotes "
u could have also just used an array instead of an object list := ["one", "two", "three", ..., "two hundred"]

Re: Autohotkey v2 (or case sensitive maps)

u can stick with v1 and use the case-sensitive: Keys := ComObjCreate("Scripting.Dictionary") Keys.Add("e'", "é") MsgBox % Keys.Exists("e'") but make sure to read what its methods do exactly cuz there are some peculiarities https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office/vba/language/reference/user-interface...

Re: lists

split the 200 things into several batches and insert those with separate insert statements.
make sure a line doesnt exceed 16k characters or ???(i forget how many) number of items(which would trigger an "Expression too complex." error)

Re: How to get coordinate information of text insertion point?

this isnt a function(well, not in the strictest sense, at least)
there isnt a universal alternative.
there might be an alternative for a specific or a set of specific applications(though, realistically, there probably wont be either)

Re: Single line hotkeys

so the implicit return gets inserted after the if-statement to, effectively, produce:

Code: Select all

^+a::
	If (Z := !Z)
		Return ; the implicit
	else
		ToolTip, Z = %Z%
Return
ListLines reports the return on the same line:

Code: Select all

^+a::If (Z := !Z) Return ; the implicit
	 else
		 ToolTip, Z = %Z%
Return
