@TheDewd, that really looks nice on Win7 64-bit too.

KeySmith - a small VK/SC utility.

This is a little tool I wrote to get VK and scancode information. Perhaps you'll find it useful. ; KeySmith ; Virtual key and scancode utility. ; Version 0.0.0.1 ; burque505, November 16, 2019 ; ************************ ; This might be marginally easier and handier ; than looking this information up...

Re: CAPshift3.0

Thanks a million, nascent . Pretty easy to get used to and to modify settings. Just takes a little trial and error to see what's comfortable. I'm sure I'll do more tweaking, but this looks to be a script that's going to stay loaded on my machine. :) In my copy I added "be" to the list of short words...

Привет, я надеюсь, это поможет. Мой русский очень, очень плохо. #NoEnv ; Recommended for performance and compatibility with future AutoHotkey releases. ; #Warn ; Enable warnings to assist with detecting common errors. SendMode Input ; Recommended for new scripts due to its superior speed and reliabi...

Re: KillBill, vol. 1: find and close processes.

Thanks, you guys, for your comments. I'll look to incorporate some of the suggestions in the next version. I think next on the list will be a way to kill multiple selected processes at the same time. Hellbent , for me it looks like your "Expectation" in your post on Win7, but like your "Reality" on ...

Re: Task switch nirvana is here

Very nice, thank you. Decades of using Windows and those shortcuts were completely new to me.
PS: Disconcertingly, they also change my input language settings on Win-7 back and forth from Russian to English. :D

Re: AHK RichText Editor

thom_b , you're absolutely right. For now, to change the default font you'll need to search for "Arial" and replace every instance of it with the font of your choice. Here I'm using "Times New Roman" (probably a bad choice, maybe not). You'll need to do the same for font sizes, which may take a few...

KillBill, vol. 1: find and close processes.

I frequently find myself with a host of unwanted processes list in Task Manager. Recently I created an infinite loop that started Firefox and was left with I-don't-have-a-clue-how-many instances of it running. Enough to eat all my system memory, at least. Killing them all in Task Manager was no fun....

Re: AHK RichText Editor

Hi thom_b, welcome to the forum. You can manually change a number of default settings. Assuming you downloaded the file from a couple of posts up, edit "Rich Edit Sample 2019.ahk". Starting at line 39 you'll see an "Initial values" section. You can change the font default on line 46, and the font si...

Re: Collection of useful libraries

Thanks for these! Just FYI, the NetRequests link in the OP has a typo, or the name of the library on GitHub does ("NetRequest.ahk"). Really useful stuff. Like Bugz000 , I think examples at the top of each library or in the OP would be very helpful indeed (but that's a lot of examples to put in one p...

Re: list of UI Automation interfaces with method numbers

jeeswg , this is a little far afield, but a lot of the RPA platforms, as well as the RPA scripting language Robin, are using UiAutomation as opposed to MSAA. AHK has something to add to all those platforms, so the ability to use UiAutomation will come in handy. Your Acc posts have been invaluable t...

Re: Robin, an open source (soon) RPA language

blue83, I'm satisfied with AutoHotkey too, but the IE issue is troubling. If Robin keeps developing, I'm sure it will be worth the effort. Maybe I'm wrong (I hope so) but an AutoHotkey extension for the browsers may be quite a ways off. But maybe not - maybe using SharpAHK in developing a plugin mig...

Re: Robin, an open source (soon) RPA language

Hi blue83, there isn't a guide yet but I can recommend the forum , where there are at least a few examples and some code I posted. (Let me know if you can't find the code there and I'll send some to you.) Scraping tables was a mystery to me at first, but the forum administrator (@jpap) is very helpf...
