Re: AHK/CLR/OpenXml - Office docs w/o Office

I had nothing but grief with it to start with, but try this post to see if it gives you any help.

Re: AutoHotkey.dll and C#

Well, I'll be hornswoggled - it worked. I was able to add a call to ahkReady() in a recompiled AutoHotkey.Interop. I will try to fork it, but my github skills are nearly non-existent. This code now works in G1ANT (I will try removing references one-by-one until I don't have so many dependencies, but...

Re: AutoHotkey.dll and C#

Scr1pter, I would respectfully echo the request for an example, as I'm running into exactly the same trouble with C# macros in G1ANT. If AutoHotkey.Interop had a call for ahkReady(), I think this would be easier in general. HOWEVER: You might try this (just added 'ahkReset();' as the last call): usi...

G1ANT and AHK via AutoHotkey.Interop

G1ANT is perhaps the most scriptable of the RPA offerings I've come across. The Developer version doesn't cost anything, but has CAPTCHAs that sometimes interfere with development. It has a unique scheme for prefixing variables. You can triple-quote strings for multiline (‴ is not ''', it's a speci...

@jballi, thanks for this library, I downloaded it months ago but haven't opened it till now.
@rommmcek, very, very nice. That's going to be useful.

Re: RPA Free Community Edition Downloads

Another offering, while not a community edition, is Zappy, available free upon request. It may take a few days to receive your free license key. The developers were kind enough to contact me personally, which is definitely a nice touch. Check out Zappy here. It's likely AutoHotkey can be incorporate...

Re: Reads Excel (xlsx) Fast

@flyingDman, that's what I'd call a "Speed Dman" :). I just tried it on a workbook with 8,000 records with 11 columns per record.
Just 3432 milliseconds on my slow old computer. Notepad took about twice that long just to open the result file!
Thanks for this.

Re: Highlighting text then performing a search in 3 sites.

Hi, I just ran the code below and it performed all three searches. HOWEVER - I don't have Chrome as my default browser. For me they open in Pale Moon. Caution, the links are back to "Unsafe" :D #NoEnv SetWorkingDir %A_ScriptDir% #SingleInstance Force SetTitleMatchMode 2 #WinActivateForce !g:: chrome...

@davebrny, thanks for the script. Just tried it out replacing periods with underscores in file names, works great.

Re: RPA Free Community Edition Downloads

G1ANT offers a free developer addition (from the website: "Developer;Free;£0 forever;free for your personal use;limited by captchas". I think the expiration date in the .png below refers to a trial or something, but I guess I'll find out in July :D ). Very interesting indeed. I've completed the beg...

Re: gdip function list tool

A lighter-weight alternative to setting up a repository on github is to use a gist. Fast, easy, and if you don't need to add any resources (i.e. you're just pasting code) works pretty well. See this old script I pasted somewhere on the forum but now uploaded as a gist, as an example only. Maybe I'll...

This github link to RPA repositories might be interesting. Some of the projects appear to be good candidates for incorporating AHK in one way or another.

Re: Class RichEdit - update on 2015-04-14 (v0.1.05.00)

m3user , just to return to this, please look at this link, it's a blurb for a mass mailer, but has good info . The images are apparently NOT going in your Gmail message unless they are hosted online, or you insert them manually . If you can do without images (which seems unlikely), I have got an RT...
