Moving a chrome tab from one monitor to another

Hi all, does anyone know how I would go about moving an active Chrome tab from 1 monitor to the other? For example if I click or open a youtube link, it opens on a new tab on my primary monitor. I'd like it to either - - detect that a youtube address has been opened and move it to a new tab on a sec...

Re: IfWinActive question and other hotkeys

I'll try that, thanks. Do you know why the arrow keys are working outside of the active window?

IfWinActive question and other hotkeys

Hi, can anyone tell me why this simple script isn't working? #IfWinActive, Jurassic World Evolution Up::W Left::A Down::S Right::D F5::{Lbutton down}{Rbutton down} F6::{Lbutton up}{Rbutton up} #IfWinActive The arrow keys work outside of the window (I.E., in Excel the up arrow key sends a W), and F5/...

Re: Preventing very fast double key presses

Right but could it somehow be timed or counted so if 2 presses are detected hit backspace once, but if 3 or more are detected behave normally?

Thanks! Is there a way to make it so if the backspace is held down it will behave normally?

Preventing very fast double key presses

Hi all, I'm having a problem with my backspace key periodically sending 2 key presses instead of 1. This script isn't working, but is it a problem with the A_TimeSincePriorHotkey? ~Backspace:: if (A_PriorHotkey <> "~Backspace" or A_TimeSincePriorHotkey > 100) { KeyWait, Backspace return } return

Re: IfWinActive question

Yeah, it's easy to trick it to prevent the hotstring from firing, but he's obviously not trying to make it foolproof if his solution is to have it enter a single backspace when "explor" is typed. That's not going to prevent anyone from typing the rest of the word either, so I'm taking his request a...

IfWinActive question

Hey all. I have a question about IfWinActive. The goal is to stop a user from typing the word "explorer" at the Run box (Windows key + R). This doesn't seem to be working - #IfWinActive ahk_class Run if (UserInput = "explor") Send, {backspace 1} return Is it because the "Run" window isn't active whe...

Quirky script

Hey all, does this script look ok? Sometimes E doesn't toggle and sometimes \ doesn't stop everything, sometimes when multiple keys are hit like ] and E. #NoEnv ; Recommended for performance and compatibility with future AutoHotkey releases. #SingleInstance force ; Only one instance at a time SendMo...

Re: WinMaximize nor run max working as expected Topic is solved

Does anyone know how to maximize a native Windows 10 app started from a shortcut? Seems simple enough but it doesn't work.

Re: WinMaximize nor run max working as expected Topic is solved

It's a Windows app. From reading some other threads the only way to get AHK to run it is via a shortcut. https://autohotkey.com/boards/viewtopic.php?t=9092 is one.

It didn't help :(

I'm not missing a return anywhere am I? I'm not exactly sure when that's needed and not.
