Re: Zoom Meeting Camera Select and Mute/Unmute

When you start the process of selecting the camera, does it always start with the same one?

In terms of the mute toggle, is it the same hotkey? For example, in Teams, the hotkey CTRL + SHIFT + M, which I have remapped to pressing down the mouse wheel.

Re: A_LoopFileName, Make copy from folders to another drive or folder

but what files and subdirectories are being copied? %CopySource%\*.* I didn't copy sub directories as it was spitting out all the files into a single folder when I tried to reproduce the folder structure, and I needed it asap, so didn't spend the time working on this more (Perhaps someone more well...

Re: A_LoopFileName, Make copy from folders to another drive or folder

The line:

FileCopy, %A_LoopFileFullPath%, %CopyDestination%\%A_LoopFileName%, 1 ; Copy with overwrite=yes

is what you need. Everything around it is just checking that I'm not overriding a file that is more current than the one it is copying.

Hallo,
try:

Code: Select all

Loop, 0xFF
	IF GetKeyState(Key:=Format("VK{:X}",A_Index))
		SendInput, {%Key% Up}
Fantastic! Just implemented. Thanks @Rohwedder!

Re: MouseGestureL

Pyonkichi , a question for you: Is it possible to block a gesture(s) from occurring inside a gesture? For example, I have two gestures: RButton down & Right = forward currently selected email RButton down & Diagonally down to the right = expands current email conversation chain When I use the diago...

Re: Using the arrow keys to control mouse: ignored cursor keys? Topic is solved

It needs to be #If, and it needs to be before the hotkey, not within the code that follows it. Sorry boiler , I didn't realise you had made changes. Apologies. Yes indeed it works, now that makes more sense! After seeing where you moved the hotkeys to, it makes perfect sense. Far out, so simple; no...

Re: Using the arrow keys to control mouse: ignored cursor keys? Topic is solved

Good thinking!

I tried

Code: Select all

#Else
{

	Send % "{" . A_ThisHotKey . "}"
}
return
But it doesn't like that. If I tell it to run when CapsLock is off:

Code: Select all

#Else If GetKeyState("CapsLock","F")
Also doesn't like that...I've used the #If method for active programs before, but not key states.

Re: A_LoopFileName, Make copy from folders to another drive or folder

I use the following to copy many files from or to a OneDrive folder and back again: The line in question is: FileCopy, %A_LoopFileFullPath%, %CopyDestination%\%A_LoopFileName%, 1 ; Copy with overwrite=yes Also, as per the start of the loop - ;Critical to have the *.* at the end to copy all files. Using the arrow keys to control mouse: ignored cursor keys? Topic is solved

Hi all, I found this script on the old AHK forums, and it works well. The only issue I noticed is that in certain programs, the up and down cursor keys become non-responsive. For example, when I'm in OneNote, only the up and down arrow keys stop responding, but the left and right keys remain functio...

Something like this?

Code: Select all

F12::

Hotkey, F12, Off
SetKeyDelay, 4000

Send, {F12}
Send, {F5}
Send, {F6}

Hotkey, F12, On

Return

Re: Excel-AHK

Didn't tested it, but try: Send {Ctrl down}{Pgup}{Ctrl up} ...there may occur a problem, when you're in cell edit mode (F2) As per aifritz 's comment, this is correct; it is what I use as well; where "Page Up" is written as PgUp . But, I much prefer Datapoint 's solution of using COM. Where you can...

Re: Excel: Find address of selection using COM Topic is solved

According to this topic it's the default. However, if you want to specify it explicitly, xlA1 is not a string, it's a constant . So it could be MsgBox, % ComObjActive("Excel.Application").Selection.Address(0, 0, xlA1 := 1) Of course, has to be different, doesn't it! :roll: remove the % preceding as...

Re: Excel: Find address of selection using COM Topic is solved

Thanks teadrinker , you got it. COM can be touchy; I thought it would need the "xlA1", but I guess this is the default, so isn't needed? Some background: I've been going through Joe Glines ' posts, and there was one that talks about setting the horizontal and vertical alignment. The only issue I had...

Hi @boiler, that syntax works, but it returns RxC[y]:RcC[d], where x, y, c and d are the numbers (as per cells formatting) rather than in the format A1:C4?

Hi Duchess2020 , Welcome to AutoHotkey! It's an amazing language that will be an enormous help once you begin to use it. In addition to Gregster's suggestion, may I suggest you check out Joe Glines ' Youtube video - AutoHotkey for Beginners . It's great and covers quite a lot in an hour. In the vide...
