Nice one, this made me realise that the google sheets api I used defaults to formatted values, I changed it to unformatted and I don't need to convert it in ahk anymore.

Confusion with number strings Topic is solved

Why is this blank, I thought ahk treated number strings as numbers in this case?

Code: Select all

[code]
oldCount = 1,234,000
newCount = 1234500
change := newCount - oldCount ; empty

Regex needle with spaces and quotes

Hi, can I get a little regexMatch help?
How do I pass in a needle like this [ "count": ([^"]*), ] ignoring the square brackets there is a space at the start and end of the needle, plus the quotes to deal with?

Thanks!

Re: .NET Framework Interop (CLR, C#, VB)

You have mismatched braces in your script, or you have used #include inside a function. (This is not specific to CLR.ahk; it would happen with any file containing a function definition.) Big Thanks! I didn't believe it but you where right, kind-of, one of the imported scripts was being treated as c...

Re: .NET Framework Interop (CLR, C#, VB)

Hi, I'm trying to launch a script which #includes CLR.ahk and I get an error "Functions cannot contain functions" at line 11: CLR_LoadLibrary(AssemblyName, AppDomain=0)
I'm using AHK1.1.26 on 64bit windows.

Any idea?

Thanks!

Help using json? Topic is solved

I want to read and update and Google Sheet using their API but I'm not familiar with using JSON in ahk. This is what the json looks like when I query a cell value. { "range": "Sheet1!A2", "majorDimension": "ROWS", "values": [ [ "English" ] ] } Can anyone show me how to put that cell value into an ah...

Re: Google Calendar API Oauth and Events List

Hello, this looks great! Now a quick question as I've not used the calendar api before, where do I find the calname? Thanks! Edit: I found it by logging on to calendar.google.com, here I found the calendar name on the left hand side. You can rename the calendar by clicking the arrow next to the name...
