Re: SaveHICONtoFile()

This is amazing!

However, some apps don't export an icon file.

The two I know of are: DiscordPTB and Rainmeter.

Any change you could take a look and find the issue? This is beyond me to try!

(AHK V2) How to get monitor refresh rate?

Just looking to get the numeric refresh rate of the monitor. I have scoured into the deep dark and can't find anything. I found an old AHK v1 thing, but that doesnt work.

Save Image Handle to file

Just as it says. I want to save an image handle to a file. All I get is a short int string. Im using LoadImage to get the ICO file from an exe, and I want to save it to a file. This script does this action many times a second by necessity, so it needs to be a small, fast function. Any help is apprec...

Enumerate windows 10 action center list?

Is there a way (windows com or something) that will list the amount of notifications currently pending in the action center?

Or even check if there are any notifications, or if there are not?

Thanks!

Re: WinGetMinMax false detection windows 10

This always returns 0 in my testing. This part: DllCall(gwa, "ptr", hwnd, "int", 14, "int*", cloaked, "int", 4) Always returns -2147024890 I am sending this to the full function you have written: IsWindowCloaked("ahk_id " thisId) This returns 0 for all windows. Re: WinGetMinMax false detection windows 10

Just tried this. The windows store has currently resurrected itself in a suspended state. I last left the window maximized before I closed it. It does not appear in alt-tab or the taskbar or my dock. Here is the process in task manager details tab: https://i.imgur.com/P7bIuBd.jpg The status is "susp...

Re: WinGetMinMax false detection windows 10

I know they detect them. The minimax function is the problem. It's detecting a window as maximised when it is not visible.

WinGetMinMax false detection windows 10

Windows 10 suspends it's "windows store" apps in the background using superfetch/prefetch, even if you don't open them. Commonly 'stored' apps are Photos, Mail, and Windows Store itself. The problem is, if these apps are maximized last time they were used, and then windows 10 decides to preload them...
