Re: Link on existing IE instance without ID or Name
The site has only two times mentioned the word WTC on it. Maybe instead looking for that tag and on click element would it be possible to search for the text and click the position? Would that be possible and a different approach? I am trying to avoid imagesearch as this is supposed to run on differ...

Re: Link on existing IE instance without ID or Name
Yes, I tried but nothing happens. Then tried to put the .innertext into a variable to see if it would grab the element text. But the variable stays empty. Here is the full HTML <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd"> <html xmlns="...

Re: Partial String match in a function
Hi Frosti,
It works like a charm.
I just amended it to match with .* as I have lots of varieties in those even with special chars like brackets.
Thank you for your help and explanation to this
Best regards

Re: Partial String match in a function
Dear Frosti, will test it later on. Just to be sure is it also an asterisk (*) if it is alphabetic and not numbers? eg CMSAZ i/o CMS123 The code line would then look like this, right? JavaControlGet(hwnd:=0, name:="RegExMatch(Str, "CMS\*", match)",role:="", description:="", occurrence:="", parentcon...

Partial String match in a function
Dear Board Members in some cases I can not specify the exact Name in this code line and I would need to check if it partially is correct. Unfo IfInString is not possible as the Name is not stored previously. Example the Name contantly changes and can be "CMS123" or "CMS1234" or "CMS1236672" But it a...

C1 := Info.CharCount
msgbox, %C1%

Re: AHK & Java Access Bridge
Hello Elgin,
tested and F10 lookup may already be sufficent to achieve what I need.
I will have to test on my company machine once java is setup correctly but tests with Swingset were good.
Your code is awsome and I am really greatful that you made this.
Thanks!
Best regards
