Re: Finding each win position & applying a command to each one

Just checked the code on a second PC. Running out of AHK Studio and as standalone script. It works. Sorry, that I can't help. WinGet, Window, List, ahk_class OpusApp Loop, %Window% { if Window%A_Index% { WinGetPos, X,Y,W,H, % "ahk_id " Window%A_Index% WinActivate, % "ahk_id " Window%A_Index% Send ^!...

Re: Finding each win position & applying a command to each one

Oh. Forgot to clean it up.
delete the line with Msgbox.
But that is very strange. It's working perfectly on my PC.
Do you have additional lines in your script? Could you paste it completely?

Re: Finding each win position & applying a command to each one

I've tested it. But I didn't have minimized Word windows. The new script checks it. WinGet, Window, List, ahk_class OpusApp Loop, %Window% { if Window%A_Index% { WinGetPos, X,Y,W,H, % "ahk_id " Window%A_Index% WinActivate, % "ahk_id " Window%A_Index% Send ^!{F5} ;ToggleFull Sleep 500 MsgBox %X%`,%Y%...

Re: Finding each win position & applying a command to each one

Sure. When you want to test something it didn't happen anymore. =) Try this one. WinGet, Window, List, ahk_class OpusApp Loop, %Window% { if Window%A_Index% { WinGetPos, X,Y,W,H, % "ahk_id " Window%A_Index% WinActivate, % "ahk_id " Window%A_Index% Send ^!{F5} ;ToggleFull Sleep 500 WinRestore, % "ahk...

Re: Finding each win position & applying a command to each one

At a few tests with three windows I had a fourth and empty entry in the list. It could be fixed with an check if the ID exists.
I'll check it tomorrow. To much Glühwein to debug.

Re: Finding each win position & applying a command to each one

You have to loop through all windows of Word (OpusApp). This script doesn't toggle the windows in full screen on my computer because ctrl + alt F5 has no function. I think that is a user shortcut on your system. So it is untested. WinGet, Window, List, ahk_class OpusApp Loop, %Window% { WinGetPos, X...

When I work with controls, I'm using the Simple Spy from @Joe Glines https://the-automator.com/autohotkey/automating-programs-with-controls-in-autohotkey/
Check it out. Sometimes WindowsSpy didn't work for me.

Re: Running links in a portable browser?

Strange that it doesn't work.
I have Firefox portable. Do I run this script it opens Firefox. When I run it twice it opens a new tab, like in the installed one.

Code: Select all

variablewithURL := "https://www.duckduckgo.com"

Run, "D:\portable\FirefoxPortable\FirefoxPortable.exe" "%variablewithURL%"

Re: Uberi's Autocomplete to select from two words

There are two commom autocomplete script. Ueberi what you are using and TypingAid

http://www.autohotkey.com/board/topic/4 ... n-utility/

In TypingAid you can create your own wordlist. Probably it helps without changing the code.
And it can handle words with blank.

Re: Which program instead of AHK (3rd party problem)

Hi SOTE you don't have to disagree. I'm totally with you regarding the complexity and data quantity. I know a few IT security employees. They read something about AHK and viruses and are totally against it, not thinking a moment about it. On the other hand they read about Python and how flexible it ...

Re: Which program instead of AHK (3rd party problem)

There are possibilities to do the stuff with python instead of AHK.
https://automatetheboringstuff.com is a good starting point.
Probably you can convince your IT to let you install python and then write your automation there.

Re: Bei Tastendruck, eine endlos-Schleife bei aktuellem Durchlauf überspringen. Topic is solved

Re: Click Down, Left and Click Up, Left two stages same key

Show us what you have.

You can define a boolean variable and with variable :=! variable you can switch the state. Before sending the keys, do a if (variable) to perform the different actions.
